No. Store subscriptions are managed by the Apple or Google account used to subscribe. EFS support can help with app access and restore issues, but cancellation, renewal and plan management happen through the store.

Google Play subscriptions

Google Play subscriptions are managed in the Google Play account used to subscribe. Users should use Google Play subscription settings to manage renewal, change eligible options or cancel.

App Store subscriptions

App Store subscriptions are managed in the Apple account used to subscribe. iOS wording should be reviewed again when TestFlight and App Store billing work resumes.

EFS support role

EFS support can help users understand app access, restore behavior, validation states and account-access issues. It should not promise to cancel a store-managed subscription for the user.

Access after cancellation

Final wording should align with Apple and Google policies, final store product setup and EFS entitlement rules. This prototype does not make live access or renewal claims.
