Available plan context
EFS support copy currently refers to monthly, quarterly and annual
subscription periods. This page does not publish prices or guarantees
because live store metadata and Mark approval remain required.
Store-managed billing
Once live, subscription billing, renewal, plan management and
cancellation are handled by Apple or Google through the store account
used to subscribe.
Backend validation
Access in EFS should only change after purchase or restore evidence is
checked by the EFS backend. Local store state alone should not be
treated as a final entitlement decision.
Existing subscribers
Existing Apple and Google subscribers are a continuity requirement.
Restore and validation support must be ready before existing users are
asked to rely on the new subscription flow.
Access not showing
If a future purchase or restore appears successful but access does not
show, users should contact support with app version, platform, device
model and a short issue summary, without sending receipt or payment
details.
Approval status
Subscription support wording is draft-only until Mark approves the
route, wording, support contact and final store-facing use.
