Access in EFS should only change after purchase or restore evidence is checked by EFS. Local store state alone should not be treated as a final entitlement decision.
Existing Apple and Google subscribers should use the same store account used for the original purchase when restoring access.
If a purchase or restore appears successful but access does not show, users should contact support with platform, approximate purchase date, subscription plan if known and a short issue description, without sending receipts, purchase tokens, transaction IDs, order IDs, payment screenshots, passwords, card details or private account details.
