Are these final legal terms?

No. This wording is prepared for the current preview and app-readiness process. Final Terms of Use must be reviewed and approved before the route is used for public billing, store-console fields or Flutter app links.

EFS provides football statistics, match insights and research information. It does not guarantee match outcomes, provide financial advice or act as a tipster service.

Using EFS

EFS is provided for football statistics, match insights, probability estimates and research information. Users should use the app, website and support pages lawfully and responsibly.

Stats-first football research

Fixtures, scores, xG, form, probabilities and league context are informational research tools. Football outcomes are uncertain, and statistical trends or probability estimates are not certainties, guarantees, staking instructions or promises of financial return.

Subscription access

Where subscription access is offered through Apple or Google, billing, renewal, plan management and cancellation are handled by the relevant app store account used to subscribe.

Cancellation and management

Users should use the official Apple or Google subscription management tools to manage or cancel store subscriptions. EFS support can help with app access and restore questions, but it cannot directly cancel a store-managed subscription for a user.

Availability and data accuracy

Football data can be delayed, incomplete, corrected or changed as data providers and app features evolve. Users remain responsible for their own decisions and should treat EFS as one research input.

Terms updates

These terms may be updated over time as EFS data, providers, features, subscription access and support processes evolve. Final approval is required before public billing readiness can be marked complete.

Support pointer

Questions about access, subscription state, restore purchases or these terms should use the approved support route once confirmed. Users should not send receipts, purchase tokens, transaction IDs, order IDs, payment screenshots or private account details through support. The current route is Support.
